I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this smoke shop today. I entered the store around 8:44 and was not greeted or acknowledged by the employee on duty. He walked past me twice without speaking to me or even letting me know he would be with me shortly. The customer he was assisting actually asked if he needed to help me, and he completely ignored her comment. This made the situation even more uncomfortable and noticeable. As a regular customer who visits this store approximately every two days, I have never been treated this way before. Being ignored while other customers received attention made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Based on the interaction, I felt as though I was being treated differently, which left me feeling discriminated against. Regardless of the reason, every customer deserves basic courtesy, acknowledgment, and respectful service. I have supported this business regularly and did not expect to be treated with such disregard. I hope management addresses this issue so that no other customer has a similar experience.

My review was based solely on my experience that day and how I was made to feel. I understand that mistakes happen and that no business or employee is perfect. However, what stood out to me was not simply that I wasn't greeted. It was that I was present in the store for several minutes, was passed multiple times without acknowledgment, and even after another customer brought attention to the fact that I was waiting, he walked past me to get a vape off the charger. That is not a mistake or a bad day. That is intentional! That behavior is inconsistent with what I am used to visiting that store. Very disappointing! Also, People well over 40 should not lie about speaking to someone!

Would have liked a little bit more selection and assistance, but it's a small business.
