I only came in to browse because my fiance needed something, but the place was really cool to look around. The guy behind the counter I figured was the owner was super friendly and even told me facts about cigars and how to differentiate between them. And even though my purchase was small, he put my small cigar in a fancy bag along with some very fancy quality Japanese matches. Thanks!

I guess this place is fine if you know what you wanna buy. I don’t know much about cigars and I was going to buy a few to gift to my bf but the guy there was so unwelcoming, dry, and unhelpful I just decided to leave and go 15 minutes down the street to Norwood Royal Cigars. Absolutely amazing service, knowledgeable and MUCH better selection there. In hindsight I guess it’s better to go to a real cigar shop than a cheap vape store for cigars.

Just so nobody wastes their time this place is shut down.

We go in ALL the time! We live down the street. Great customer service. The “Asian” guy that the last reviewer spoke of is actually super cool. He’s the only person that my husband and I have ever really dealt with, so I have no idea what that person is talking about. I have a vast knowledge of vaping; I’ve been vaping now for almost 7 years, so I can say without a doubt that the service was top notch. He was totally knowledgeable. I buy all my e-juice, coils, batteries, and have bought new pens, mods, etc. at Pipes and have had all positive experiences, with super helpful advice. We will continue to shop! Great place.
