Rude employees AND thought they could pull a fast one. I bought a box of swishers that say 2 for 1.19 and if you times that by 15 in a box then that is what should be my total, well I noticed the screen said 1.39 x 15 even though they actually cost 1.19 each and I said I thought they are 1.19 not 1.39 and he said no no that's the price, so I told him I'm not buying anymore and walked out and haven't returned to any VIP smoke shop since then. When you buy several boxes of swishers every week like me, that's a pretty significant price difference when you add it up but he most likely thought I looked like an idiot and felt he could get away with pulling a fast one on me like this. I can only imagine all the others that are getting ripped off right below there noses and not realizing it. :/

Always a great experience! The shop is clean, has great customer service, and the people there always help me find what I need! My go to spot for anything! If you come here, be prepared to make this your regular store, because no other store compares to the service and prices here!

Has an enormous amount of various products! They also have some unique and top tier items available. Great prices- including cigars! Very nice and helpful man working today. Helped us find just the right things!
