Staff are all great and always super friendly and helpful, but had a frustrating experience this week. I bought a disposable Saturday. Within 24 hours the battery would not charge and it was not working. Took it back in today (Tuesday) and the employee called the manager to see what they could do. I would’ve been happy with a replacement or a refund. Instead they offered me 50% off a new one, which I declined. It wouldn’t have made a big difference to the business to replace a faulty product.

Always wonderful people with wonderful customer service. I really appreciate the vibe of this place. I always look forward to coming in and saying hi to Dan and Ash. Such a great place with great product!
