i've been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks including today and the doors are locked during posted business hours and the open sign is on.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting VIP Smoke Shop, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and a vast selection of quality products. What truly stood out, though, was Mustafa. He was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. His knowledgeable recommendations and patience made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It's always refreshing to encounter such exceptional customer service. I highly recommend VIP Smoke Shop, especially if you get the chance to interact with Mustafa!

It’s twice I’ve been here during posted business hours and their doors have been locked.

Bader is the best! Always looking out for customers and throwing the best deals. He goes above and beyond every time to make sure you leave happy. Highly recommend this smokeshop for the service and the great vibes!

This is the best vape shop in the Indy area. Mustafa is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. Everytime I frequent this place he is here. He is very knowledgeable about the product and his customers service skills are unmatched! Definitely recommend!
