Bought a 3 pack of coils.first one out of the box was defective.took it back and was told "nothing i can do about it" been doing business with them for years.gonna lose a loyal customer over 5$! HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT!

Went in to get a new vape thinking my old one was broken, the guy behind the counter asked to see my old one and fixed it at no charge.. A genuine person, he could have easily sold me a new one... would highly recommend for all your vaping needs..

Being a smoker for 35 yrs,I decided to quit recently and done some research here in Richmond KY and chose rich city vapors as a go to store! Wide variety and comfortable prices,gentleman was able to answer my question of prices with no problem as to others I had visited had to look at a piece of paper to know their prices! May not be a pet peeve for some , but for me if your into retail that's something that should be of interest! Thank you for your concerns at rich city,I will be a returning customer!

Excellent recommendations and quick service! With only one lady working the counter there were 5 different customers ahead of me in need of service. Everything from mod set-up, battery wrap, juice recommendations as well as tank gear each person was able to interact with her and get what they needed in minutes. My visit was brief but well experienced; I was able to get a new tank and coil including a new juice flavor in under 8 minutes with all the other customers being taken care of. Impressed to say the least! Thanks Rich City Vapors, keep up the excellent customer service and give that lady a raise :)

These guys and girls are awesome!!! Their product selection is good for a small store. They have many replacement parts and choices of e-cigarettes. If they would carry my juice I would NEVER go anywhere else even though they don't have a drive-thru. This is the type of place that I would pay more for their product because they are so great.
