Left my phone there and it was still there when I came back he even gave me a free pop. Such good customer service and let me know good ppl still exist anyone else would've stolen it. Thanks and I live my vape good prices too

Excellent customer service, great prices, and a very friendly atmosphere. One of the best smoke shops in Richmond. I'll definitely be coming back!

So... I wouldn't have even wasted my time with this place (because I was extremely unimpressed with the pompous jerk who was at the VIP shop in Lex on Leestown Rd when I lived up there), but the website said they sell THC products. They must be invisible. Oh, they have water pipes and blown glass pipes... but those are supposed to be intended for tobacco still, I believe. They had no THC products I saw. At all. Oh. And I called ahead to see if they had a part I needed for my cartridge pen I was going to pick up while there. The guy clearly didn't know what the heck I was talking about, but has so mu h integrity, he lied and said "yes. Of course we have it." Will. Never. Waste. Money. Here.

Moe is absolutely awesome people! They have a great selection of everything. Go check it out and say hey to Moe!!

Love this vape store- Every time I’ve been the staff have been so patient and helpful! Jack let me step behind the counter to get a better look at the vape flavors bc I was struggling to see. Highly recommend you give them a visit!
