I just bought 10 coils and there $3.99 piece in a box for 6 of them and the lady charged me $43.00 that is wrong

They were extremely rude and would not sell to me even though I had my ID because I walked in with a friend who did not have her ID on her

I have been shopping here now for two years and mostly haven’t had any issue till today. Simply because the inventory has dwindled and the guy there today I’ve never seen before. Recommend a vape I haven’t purchased before. And supposed to be a strawberry colada north stellar vape. This vape is not anything like strawberry colada. It is a rancid Milkshake taste and smell. It’s the grossest thing. I called after walking to my car I hit it once in the store and thought maybe it was the gum I was chewing and spit it in their garbage again walking to the car still same thing. Got in the car and vigorously washed my mouth out with water. And still same thing. So I called and explained something is wrong. And he said there are no refunds but another one. I literally got so mad because this thing is almost $27 I feel mislead and hurt as a loyal customer. And I will not be back. I will take my business elsewhere. The stock keeps disappearing and when you find something you like you shouldn’t have to keep changing products every week. I’m giving two stars for the other employees that have been there for a long time are great. Don’t know who that guy was today. But as far as the business goes it is sorely lacking with it’s customer satisfaction. Because they don’t have that policy at all. Unfortunately for them. People will only put up with so much before they stop being your customers. Good luck with that. If you don’t change your business practices you won’t have one much longer.

Edit— as you can clearly see from the manufacturers website, the bottles are stamped with a QR code, batch identification, and expiration date. You would think an owner of a “reputable” chain of vape shops would be knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I believe you just don’t care and are willing to lie to customers and sell VERY expired products in order to not lose money. Shameful…. They sold my wife vape juice that was over a year expired and when she went back in to exchange or return it they argued with her and refused to help in any way. She only made it into the parking lot before realizing their mistake. The bottle was unopened and sealed. The cashier Shawn then proceeded to scream and cuss at me for urging them to return it as a courtesy. It is against the law to sell expired nicotine products in KY and it is unbelievable that they would not refund on an expired product. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! .
