I went in and no one even acknowledged my presence. I tried speaking to the woman at the counter but she acted like she couldn’t hear me because of her personal conversation then i walked up to another person at the counter since no one offered to help me and he didn’t even look up at me when i was asking a question. He quickly said no then went back to his personal conversation. Very unprofessional and rude.
