The guy didn't seem the least interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Kinda rude.

Absolutely disgusted with the interaction. I just had. I have been to this place multiple times and have dealt with the owners on multiple occasions today I go in for a cigar going to the back where the cigar room is and I’m browsing through cigars. The owner is watching me like a hawk, I engaging casual conversation asking him if he has a favorite and he becomes very standoffish and closes the cigar room door, that’s no problem. Maybe he doesn’t want to let out the humidity. After grabbing two cigars, I leave the room and he asked me to empty out my pockets as if I was stealing I tell him, sir I’ve been here multiple times I would never steal from you guys then he tries to move closer to me to make me empty my pockets once I show him that my pockets were empty. He tries to ring me up as nothing just happened. So I left I will never return to a place ran by such a prejudice human!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could leave a zero star rating I would. The owner or whoever the guy is that is ALWAYS there is rude and disrespectful. Bought zig zag wraps from him on 3 separate occasions and they have all been dry and cracked, unable to be used. The last two times I sucked it up and counted my losses. Tonight I finally went back up there and he had the nerve to cuss at me saying it’s not his problem. However it is his problem because he’s stated how he’s the manager before. So drive out of your way to avoid this business.

Place sucks always closed when it says opened. Then he watch u like u wanna steal. dry zig zag wraps then didn't want to exchange them.

This is my boyfriend's go-to shop for tobacco/papers, & we always pick up some incense when we stop in too. The man that's usually working is always so kind to us. Nice little shop!
