Shawn is absolutely lovely! He was super helpful and sweet with the vape juice choosing process. 10/10 recommend for all your vaping needs. Stop and give em a try!

Vaporized is the best vape store around. Amazing customer service. They always take care of your needs and if they cannot they will point you in the right direction.

This place has gone through quite a bit of store managers over the past couple of years and some were clearly better than other. I’ve been shopping here since y’all opened this location and the most recent guy y’all have hired as of 12/16/23 is by far the best! This guy goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need. He’s enthusiastic, always makes sure everything is restocked in a timely manner, and is very knowledgeable! Dudes got his stuff together to put it plainly. I’m begging you PLEASE give this guy a RAISE and a good one too because he deserves it!!! And this is the kind of store manager your customers deserve!

This store had exactly what I needed! They keep it well stocked & the house juices are on point. Very clean, neat and organized! The customer service is great! One stop shop for me. I’ll definitely be back!

I went yesterday, Shawn was super helpful, really nice, and patient with me while we found exactly what I needed. Low nicotine easy fillable vape that my silly old self can manage. My son recommended to me, I recommend to y'all.
