The guy in there, (younger looking, sunglasses, blonde but with really short hair), was amazing. Helped me pick out 4 different flavors based on what I told him. And helped me set up an account to get savings. Super helpful. Wonderful experience.

Elijah is the most down to earth dude ever! He's very helpful and very knowledgeable! If I could give 10 stars... I would!! Can go anywhere in a 5 mile radius to any of the 500 shops that I will always go to Ozark and go to twisted e because of the customer service!

I won't go anywhere else for my vapes. A pleasure doing business every time, and that's kinda rare these days. Kelly is my fave 💜

Best customer service I've ever experienced ,Brandon was awesome, me and my dog Nova came in hung out for a little bit, got the best vape I think I've ever had, you guys check it out it's fantastic.

I needed a new vape shop after moving to Ozark, and there are so many to choose from. Twisted E Liquid vape shop isn't the closest for me, BUT IT'S THE BEST! Josh and Eli are the associates names I recall. The customer service they provide is unparalleled. Very highly recommend
