Love it good place great employees always friendly

Vapor World is a good chain when it comes to vaping, they seem very consistent overall but my to go location is the one in Ozark; I've been a costumer there for many years now and their current management/team is probably the best I've seen over the years. They are very knowledgeable and so friendly! They always take their time to explain you flavors, stay within your budget without pressuring you spending money, I've had issues with a device in the past and they replaced it without problem! They're very good! I go there once a week and often hang out for a bit chatting with some of the staff ( when they're not too busy ) and I'm always happy to walk in the store and happy when I walk out ☺️ Great staff! Need to address the way there employees allow people to talk to them this lady always acts like we're inconveniencing her....me and my brother walked in spend 200 on a new geek vape setup got it home now batteries ...we mentioned hey maybe mention that to customers guy threw an attitude because we were upset about it ....good customer service would say sorry we'll address that to new customers from now on instead of coping an attitude ...never again there's plenty other stores

So I've been coming to this store for years now and I definitely won't be going anywhere else at all. The employee's here all are extremely knowledgeable about any questions I may have. I'm treated like family and anymore I don't even have to say anything when I come inside, they see me and know what I want and have it ready before the door closes behind me! It's a great time every visit and if I'm not careful I'll spend hours just talking to the staff. I am definitely going to remain a loyal customer to this store alone. Great experience. Justin & Caleb’s knowledge of products is amazing. They are a great team at the Ozark location. Don’t go anywhere else. I’ve started buying my candle melts there. Especially Love 💗 Love ❤️ Love the Nag Champa.
