My EXTREMELY picky Fiance and I absolutely love Penguin Smoke Shop! We stop in every week (sometimes twice!) and always leave happy. From day one, they impressed us with a limited-edition vape we couldn’t find anywhere else — and ever since, we haven’t gone to another store. The team is always supportive, genuine, and knowledgeable. They treat loyal customers with real appreciation, give amazing deals, and are completely honest in their recommendations. It’s rare to find a shop that feels this trustworthy and consistent, but Penguin delivers every single time. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and even better people behind the counter!

My Fiance and I are in love with this store. 🤗 Not only do they have everything we need, but they are genuine, honest, and completely AMAZING (especially to their loyal customers). My fiance and I used to go to a few other places, but when we found Penguin, we found OUR STORE. We will never go to another place again. And the manager(s) and staff are the main reason. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY HERE.... FOREVER 😉

This is an amazing shop that always has everything needed in stock. I’ve been going there for years and they treat my daughter like family.

Love this store I'm always greated with a hello and a smile. Huge, interesting, varied selection. Fun store! Fast, friendly, respectful service every time

Love this store!! My family and I have been faithful patrons since they opened. The prices could be a little better but the guys who own it are amazing and paying a little extra is worth it for such great a t customer service.
