I found this place a little over a year ago and occasionally stop in and just wanted to leave every review to let them know they're doing a great job and are one, if not the most helpful shop that actually cares about the quality of products they stock and seem to have great employees that also know the products which is unreal seeing that they have thousands of items. They will take the time to go over all the options and let me choose Instead of just pushing something on you. They will take the time and make sure you are getting the exact thing you need. I seen some bozo 🤡 mention in another comment about their warranty and I got to say that person has rocks for brains because every time I've gone in they have at least three printed policies that explicitly say their warranty is for 15 days and not on anything consumable or devices that are used for cannabis. Also the last purchase I made was for a Yocan UNI and they made sure to let me know that the battery was warrantied for 15 days, I mean that's super reasonable. It seems like some people are just not very bright because I would say they made it very clear. Overall, I think the store does a great job and I will be back in. Recommend my friends to check it out as well. Unfortunately, the business they're in seems to bring a lot of creeps / rip off artists and people who think whining will fix their issue. So I have to commend them and hope that the good customers outnumber the bad. I mean let's be real. It's not like they manufacture stuff. They're simply the middleman. I give them 9 out of 10. Only because there's always room for improvement but I dare you to find another shop that does it better ... You won't

Don't Recommend. I Purchased a $600 limited edition puffco and it became faulty within 27 days of purchase. When i went into the Webster store to see what could be done about it I was appalled when i got the response of "we have only a 15 day warranty". I was never verbally told about this when i purchased the device at the time and then asked if they would honor the puffco warranty, the worker Ari just said "I'm not sure about that". After she said they only honor 15 days of warranty that i was never told about she then asked if i wanted to buy another device and have her apply a 10% discount. I said no thanks I'm good, I then asked if Ryan a manager i know was working at the Fairport store. She said yes he is there and working. I said i would drive directly there right then. I get to the Fairport store to not see Ryan at the counter but someone named Troy. He said I just missed Ryan by 5 minutes coincidentally. I end up telling Troy about what happened at the Webster store and he said the best that he could do is offer me a 20% discount on a replacement item for the faulty part. Decided to get the $155 part I needed so that I could use the $600 device I just bought not even a month ago. Troy says he would pass all my information along to Ryan to get this sorted out within a couple days but I never got contacted about this issue and it was never resolved. I have been using this company for about 8 and a half years and as of lately things just aren't the same anymore. Bringing my business elsewhere.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Store is well stocked. Purchases add rewards that can be deducted from future purchases
