Worst experience. Young woman was sweeping the floor. Didn't greet me. Barely looked up. I told her I would need some help finding a new Mod. She said 'I don't know anything about those' and 'you can look at the one in the case'. I said 'I just want an inexpensive one that takes two batteries'. 'I don't know anything'. Okay, I'll have to look in the box to see how many batteries it takes'. 'I can't open the box for you'. Sheeeeet

Employees will often randomly leave and place notes on the door saying BS like, “back in 5 min.” 15 minutes later and you’ve seen nor heard anyone. Waste of time IMO. Take your business elsewhere if you value said time.

Everytime I come here there's a sign in the window saying be back in 5 mins I always have to wait almost half a hour for someone to open the door. This place should hire new workers that are actually here

The price for the product go for us never the same,it varies up to $10. I was there about 1 week ago and had a issue with the girl with the faded it bumble tattoo on her left chest is very rude,she even grabbed the product out of my hand and told me to get out of the store,after I told her the other employees, charge less. (she wouldn't tell me her name), their also was a new employee ,Morgan,he was very nice and I could tell he was very uncomfortable with her behavior. I went back a couple days later and spoke with the manger who had heard about the incident, she told me she had spoken to everyone about the price. Well,I was there tonight, Feb 16,at 8:40pm and the same rude bumble bee tattoo girl was there,and rung it up for 48.plus tax,I asked her hadn't the manager informed about price? She said no,that's the price and I'm nit doing this again with you. I put it down and walked out,she was shouting rude comments to me almost the way out the door, with another customer in the store. Im guessing the manager did not talk to her like she saidshe had. I won't be back,there is a vape store on every corner,I don't need to be treated rudely and never know wgat I'm be paying from one day to the next

I went there yesterday And when I check my bank account they had charge me 34.84 for 1 vape the guy Morgan tip him self $8.00 without my consent
