I just go there for cigarettes. But they have the best prices in town. Plus both Matt and Jabez are so great. Always cheerful. Very professional not to mention they always have treats for my dogs. Great store!

I know you this is a good place to shop but what really is upsetting is not being able to get ahold of anyone on the phone. I understand that shops can get busy and that’s totally fine. As a single parent that doesn’t have child care or anyone to watch my daughter so I can run into a store is ridiculous. I’ve never been into a smoke shop since my daughter has been born (I’ve had fiends go for me) and now that I am out I just wanted a simple yes or no so I don’t waist money on the bus just to be turned down. The answer is probably no but still. The phone rings and rings and rings with no answer and to a voicemail I doubt anyone checks the except to clear it. I’ve called 3 different locations and I his would be the 4th that has not answered the phone. Again it only has 5 stars because I love shopping here but at the end of the day the phone service could be better. I did get ahold of someone only to be hung up on and I couldn’t get even my question out before the call so ended.

this House of Pipes is amazing! I came in today for a vape and Anessa was extremely nice and helpful helping me find the right one and she answered all my questions. I would definitely reccommend coming to this shop for all of your smoking needs

Every time I go to this store, I’ve had a great experience. Anessa has been wonderful help, she’s helped me find exactly what I need. Also, Maxx is great, always a homie!!! These people really want to make me come back!
