Carl at Tobacco Vape Center in Happy Valley is the real deal. Super kind and generous—he even covered part of my purchase from his tip jar to save me credit card fees. He showed me around, put me on some great new products, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone I know!

The employees are always awesome and knowledgeable! Unfortunately the owner of the company is quite rude. The employees are very helpful and try to get to everyone in a timely manner. A few years ago they didn't charge a 50¢ card fee on everything, now it's on everything. They used to keep a decent stock of most things. I was recently told that the owners now make the orders and its extremely hard to get many of the things that ARE AWAYS out of stock. Leaving recently the owner didn't say anything to greet customers. He also waited for me to open the door and hold it open for him instead of coming inside. The regular employees always give great customer service. Any time the owner is there the entire vibe changes as if everyone gets very tense. I've seen him a few times in the store. It's always super uncomfortable.

Lacy has been a super huge help every single time I've been in the store, always bubbly and super helpful. If you need a vape store to go to I recommend them for that alone 😌

This store is selling counterfeit disposable vapes (specifically flume float). Decided to try this store since I was visiting from out of town a couple of months ago and got my first ever defective vape. I thought “no biggie, I’ve heard of this happening.” Got a new one when I got back into my town. Again, my vape died while I was down here so I decided to buy another one. I always get the same flavor but this one tasted funky. Then I noticed the Font difference from my last vape compared to this one. The fake is noticeably lighter and has terrible air flow. The owner is probably aware which is why they don’t have a return or exchange policy. DO NOT BUY HERE. Picture for reference (left real, right fake).

Fantastic selection of glass, reasonably priced. 70 bucks will assured you most any sick piece you want. The incense rack is nice. 'voodoo' is my fav, I'm hooked! And the staff are all very friendly, informative, and down to earth. They will work With you, even inspire new ideas for your smoking/vaping configurations. Right outside you can catch the 71, 33, and across the street, 72 Plus there's foods locations right there iffin ya feel some munchies Great spot! 💚✌
