Came in with a disposable that would stay on after you used it& also randomly turn on by itself (fire hazard), had receipt and box and I was told 10% off is the best they can do since it had a (in my opinion, a superficial) crack on the side from being dropped 4ft even though the problem of it staying and turning on randomly existed before the drop/crack, that’s not even my issue here- the employee let the device burn while verifying the issue and then I was left with simply no resolution (it would be cheaper for me to buy it from my normal store, which I won’t name because I’m not here to advertise, but it cost 25 bucks over there with no discount here it’s 35…)

Over priced vapes that don’t even work? The GeekBars are $$45 meanwhile other stores in Oak Grove / Milwaukie or anywhere else have them for $22- $35 at most for a Geekbar. $$45 is insane. Especially when the vape brand new is at 79 percent , and you can easily scratch off the word “geek bar” on the vape and it tasted extremely burnt. I just wouldn’t go back here again ever.over priced and bad quality.

Was excited to have a drive though vape shop again after moving to the area…(call me lazy)… I’ve gone here multiple times now and received faulty vapes. They say to come back with the box and receipt but never switch them out “per the big boss”. Today was a little different I purchases 2 and one was great and the other was half empty after opening the box so I asked to switch it. They swapped it out just for the next one to also be missing vape juice too and act like it wasn’t a big deal. Note to self don’t come back

The shop is decent sized and has great customer service but. The prices are upwards of 10$+ more than most other shops within a mile radius. And phone calls are never answered. Again amazing customer service thi. Very knowledgeable about most the products as well.

Wow, went in to this place today and let me tell you it was a whole vibe, Max was helping someone at the window and immediately acknowledged I walked in with a greeting. Anessa and Jabez had great customer service, they did amazing helping me, and answering my questions. Great group of people working here!!!! Definitely recommend!!!
