While visiting Charlston my wife decided to spend the day shopping, I decided to look for a cigar shop to wait it out. I’m very happy to have found Palmetto Cigar Shop. I had great company and a fine cigar in a lounge with plenty of ventilation. And in a town where parking is always an experience the free parking was most welcome.

Kirk, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely enjoys helping people find the right cigar. Whether you're brand new to cigars or have been smoking for years, he takes the time to answer questions, make recommendations, and share his expertise without ever making you feel pressured. It's obvious he cares about his customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. Hank is equally fantastic. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of, creating the kind of customer service that's becoming harder to find. The selection is excellent, with many premium cigars that you won't find at other cigar shops around town. They also carry a great assortment of quality lighters, cutters, cases, and other accessories, making it a true one-stop shop for cigar enthusiasts. The lounge itself is comfortable, relaxed, and perfect for unwinding with a great cigar and good conversation. Add in their excellent coffee and premium bottled water, and it's easy to spend a couple of enjoyable hours there. I recently visited and it’s easily one of the most impressive cigar lounges I’ve been to anywhere in the country. It just opened and everything feels thoughtfully designed and impeccably finished. The cigar selection is outstanding…super deep humidor that caters to both casual smokers and serious aficionados. You can tell a lot of care went into curating the brands and blends available.The interior design is stunning….SUPER Comfortable seating…warm lighting…make it a perfect place to unwind.

I was recently visiting Charleston for a work trip and I found Palmetto Cigar Club on Cannon Street. Easily one of the most beautiful and well appointed cigar stores I have been in. My first steps into the humidor I was in shock by the attention to detail. The selection of cigars was wide ranging and well curated. I was also extremely impressed with the store’s coffee offerings which features a great local roaster. The owner took the time to help me pair a cigar with their house espresso. I can’t wait to visit again!
