This is a place that i've been coming back to time and time again whether it was with my brother years ago or just myself too restock. They always have my favorite brands ranging from Punch, Romeo Y Julietta, Rocky Patel, Camacho and Artuero Fuentes. And this time around I was recommended a couple of new ones based on by cigars profile since I tend to enjoy medium to robust cigars. They also have a lot of good supplies in regards to lighters, cedar strips, and a nice little lounge. The staff here were fantastic , and I signed up for their membership and saved a decent amount on my restock for my coming travels. Can't recommend this place enough!

What an epic place for cigar lovers. I’ve never seen such a selection anywhere else. Staff were great, they offered help if needed and let me browse the giant humidor at my own pace. This is definitely a mandatory stop in Austin.

One went to the Congress location in the hopes it was as awesome as the 183 store. The gentleman at the 183 location has always been helpful and provides world class service even when buying a $4.50 cigar or a $30 cigar. Unfortunately at the congress location, one was left with a bittersweet taste with this visit. Customer service was lacking and the gentleman at the register made a comment that one found to be rude at checkout. One felt uncomfortably annoyed and decided to leave instead of indulging the bad energy. Parking is scarce but the cigar selection is awesome. If they have less customer service issues and more parking, I'd say it's a must try. As for now I might stick to Specs for the better prices and it's location is close by. I went out of my way to visit in hopes of a great experience like I have had at the North location. One will continue looking for now.

Great cigar lounge and HUGE selection. Being new to smoking cigars I wasn’t really sure what to look for or what brands were good. Will was right there to help me out. He recommend a couple different ones with different flavor notes and was super nice during the whole interaction. 100% would recommend stopping by.

What a wonderul place. I usually come here every couple of weeks or so for the last few years. While my cigar interests are not very broad (i mostly just smoke little cigarillos/puritos) I am amazed by the huge selection in the walk-in humidor and the cashier staff are always very helpful and friendly. Visiting Habana House feels like visiting an old world tabacco shop of last century with the old-school customer service to match. Thanks!
