Great staff, very welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and caring (example Jordan). The vaping products are of good quality. Prices are reasonable. The location of the store is very convenient by Guadalupe street.

Best prices , amazing customer service and selection. The most reward points I’ve ever gotten from a smoke shop , I mean like I very quickly accumulate $6-$10 in reward points and it’s the most I’ve ever seen a smoke shop or even a shop in general offer when it comes to points. Spend your money here because you will get it back 💯

There are a few smoke shops on this block, but I keep coming back here for the quality of service. AJ always takes the time to answer my questions, explain products, and generally treat me like an honored guest. Thank you for going the extra mile every time!

I have been coming to this place regularly for some time. It's like your friendly neighborhood pharmacy, everyone knows each other. Jordan has good taste in music and Alice is in front of the makeup style. If you ask Jordan to bust out some bars he will, he might even breakdance for you, but only if Michael Jackson is playing. Alice always has cool jewelry on too. They're the only shop with a good kratom selection in the area.

Great shop and awesome service. They actually ordered a certain product just for me and kept me updated the whole time. Super easy experience and really appreciate them going the extra mile. Definitely coming back!
