Went in the store, employee reeked of smoke, couldn’t even form sentences due to being high, which I can understand because it’s a smoke shop. But to top it, he knew nothing about the products, was rushing me out of the store. And was dismissive of all questions I had AFTER making me wait until he was done smoking in his car. Said his name was Angel. Never go when he is on shift!

The store is quite ambient and welcoming and the associate Tatum who works consistently when I come by, always nice and direct with answers. She really got some good picks if you explain what you need, is what she got in stock. I’ll be back for another welcoming experience💯

Not happy that their website says can exchange/return unopened/sealed in original packaging vapes but the store mgr refused. I didn't ask for a refund just an exchange after I got home and saw the vape contained 6m nicotine not regular nicotine. 6m nicotine is the most dangerous form of nicotine for your health than any other form of nicotine so the 2 vapes I spent over $40 on will be going in the trash. I've spent good money at this shop but won't be returning to it again.
