Fantastic place to go. Plenty of selection of items, prices are great and very friendly staff. First choice shop for me. If you go make sure to ask for Josh, he's awesome. Also they have a spin wheel with prizes that is pretty cool

Amazing customer service! A gentleman there always does his best to get me everything I want and makes sure I don't leave without anything I need. Best place to buy Kratom. They also have a ton of options. I went in looking for something specific, another place quoted me at 75 dollars for only half of the rig I wanted, came here and they got me set up for much less. Couldn't speak more highly of the place. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👌

So I've neem to Fantasia prob 6 or 7 times in the 30 or so years I've lived here in Katy. Overall I would say it's a decent place. The last couple of times I did go in there I couldn't help but notice that there were a couple of diff employees. Every other time I was greeted by the same young beautiful chick with her wonderful smile and her attitude that was as pleasant as her looks. She was great and always left me leaving forgetting what I came for and being pissed at myself for not drumming up enough confidence to get her number.. Anyway, this last time I went in I was sold this grenade style torch. This torch was cool, 19 bucks and seemed like it would do the job. Well about an hour after leaving it broke. The knob on the bottom that adjust the flame broke off or should I saw shot off and the handle you squeeze to get to work came off. So I tried to go back and exchange it. The guy was having none of it he was a complete jerk about it and even suggested that I didn't know what I was doing and I did something to it. He would not help me out at all and I had to leave after 30 min of arguing because I was ready to pull him over the counter. I'm going back up there in a few minutes and try to talk to someone else so let's hope it goes better because this incident is really what's holding them back from being a real head shop...
