This place is awesome. Luxury vibe. Incredible staff. Met Keneth. He sold me a cigar and a bottle of water, and he was attentive and respectful. Met Ryan, the owner, and he too was extremely kind, welcoming, and respectful. 10 out of 10 highly recommend this cigar shop and the people running it. Fantastic experience. 🙌🏼

I am a long time En Fuego Patron. This particular lounge is incredible. Humidor, customer service, humidor…it has the whole package. I recently came in with a buddy who comes into town every other month and they roll out the red carpet. Alan made sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time throughout the whole night. He even took a closing song request and made it happen. This is the lounge to be at. This is the place to be if you want to have a “cheers” feel…where everybody knows your name.

Love this shop. Ryan and his team made me feel like family from the moment I walked in the door. They have a very knowledgeable staff and an awesome selection. The vibe is also A+. I can come and relax after a long day and not have to worry about noise levels unlike Cigars International.

En Fuego Tobacco Shop is an excellent spot for anyone looking to enjoy a good cigar in a comfortable, well-run setting. My visit included both a cigar purchase and time spent relaxing in the back porch lounge area, and overall it was a very positive experience. The cigar selection is broad, with plenty of options for different tastes and experience levels. While they happened to be out of the specific cigar I usually smoke, the staff member who helped me made an excellent recommendation that turned out to be a great substitute. Staff interaction started off a bit cold, but quickly turned helpful and knowledgeable once I engaged. That initial stiffness faded fast, and the service ultimately felt professional and genuinely useful, especially when it came to recommendations. Pricing felt fair and in line with expectations for the quality and selection available. The shop and lounge areas were clean and well maintained. Inside, ventilation appeared adequate, and there was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. I chose to sit outside on the back porch, which completely eliminated any ventilation concerns. One thing to note is that football was playing on every TV, making the environment a bit louder than I personally prefer, but that’s likely a plus for many guests. The BYOB policy is a nice touch and adds flexibility to the experience. Parking at HUB 121 can sometimes be challenging, but I had no issues the day I visited. Lockers and membership options are available for regulars, which is a nice perk. I will certainly return and would recommend En Fuego to casual smokers, aficionados, locals, and anyone looking for the right place to relax and enjoy a cigar.

Went to En Fuego with some buddies and had a great time. The vibe is chill but still feels nice…upscale without being stuffy. Ventilation is top-notch, so you’re not walking out smelling like an ashtray, and the seating is super comfortable. Easy place to hang out, smoke a good cigar, and actually have a conversation. Definitely a spot I’ll be back to! SOON! Thanks y’all!
