Been coming here frequently ever since my Amazon route changed to the Woodbridge area. Energy is great, store setup is clean, and employees are very welcoming. Hennessy is usually the one working when I’ve come in and her service is always A1. Very knowledgeable! Anytime an employee makes recommendations and can upsell me without making it feel like a sale leaves me very impressed 💯. She’s made suggestions and I’ve bought things I didn’t even realize I needed! Definitely one of the better shops I’ve been to in the Woodbridge area. Highly recommended 👍

I had such a great experience at this vape shop, and I have to give a special shoutout to Henny! She’s incredibly friendly, fun to talk to, and really knows her stuff. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without feeling rushed at all. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back!😊

I absolutely love the smoke shop. It is my go to a smoke shop. Anytime I need anything and the customer service is always on point! They actually have a new employee named Hennessy and she keeps the smoke shop, clean and tidy, as well as provides amazing customer service and recommendations. Mind you for things. She’s Fantastic as well as all the other staff members!

Im a regular and I come in the mornings before my shift and there is a very nice lady named Alycia I see her all the time she helped me out did an amazing job I came back in the afternoon to get something i forgot to grab in the morning (I usually don’t come in the afternoons)and the other lady named Hennessy was rude and had a attitude because I asked a question I only recommend coming in ,in the mornings when Alycia is there you will get great service (never coming back in afternoon)because the other girl had a attitude and when I left she put up a sign that said will be back in 10 min like she didn’t want to help anyone else

Called to see if they had what I needed. He checked for me well I was on the phone. Came in and got what I was looking for. Very helpful man. Great place if you need any help. I'll give this place a 9.2/10. Keep it up guys!!!
