I am in here all the time to purchase cigars for my husband. Such a great shop! I love the humidor room with rows of cigars. Many choices! Whenever I am there I see customers in the lounge smoking cigars, watching tv or talking amongst themselves, thoroughly enjoying the experience. I highly recommend this store for any cigar aficionados!

Humidor smelled musty, bought a Magic Toast and an Undercrown. Both cigars were trashed. Had the same experience about a month ago and decided to be optimistic and go back today. I will not make the same mistake a third time. Do yourself a favor and go across town to Old Virginia Tobacco

Zero stars!!! Went there today 06/13/25 and the humidor smelled like mold and felt stuffy, silly me still bought a KFC Fat Molly sweet as they are hard to find around here and when i tried to punch it was spongy. Couldn’t pay me to set foot in this place again!

Always a pleasant experience here. Saylors has a great variety of cigars and fine tobaccos, and a knowledgeable staff who provide excellent customer service.
