I was walking around Petersburg, looking for some kind of a sweet treat. I found a great little hidden treasure! Did not know there was a restaurant in the bus station, but it was very interesting. The brownie and the blueberry lemon cookie were both awesome, and the staff are friendly, helpful and just a lot of fun to talk to. Antiques all around the place, and some very comfy furniture. Indoor an outdoor seating. And they actually have a lounge in the evenings.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a hidden gem! We stopped in while on an RV road trip and were blown away by the incredible hospitality. The owner and staff were so friendly, and we loved learning about the history of the building. The decor and overall vibe are awesome, the coffee from their elaborate setup was outstanding, and the homemade cheesecake is a total game-changer. They even gave us a few samples to taste while we waited for our coffees! We couldn't have asked for a better stop...

Tried this place for the first time today and it was overall a bizarre and disappointing experience. At the time of posting this review, this restaurant had a 4.9 star rating with 804 reviews, which is baffling to me after our experience. It wasn’t clear if a private event was happening or if this was a normal Saturday, but there was a DJ playing a random assortment of songs at an extremely loud volume, as in, we couldn’t hear each other talk without speaking directly into the ear, and we had to almost yell to get our orders across to the person taking them. I ordered a matcha, which was $6 on the menu board but rang up $6.75, and an egg and cheese croissant. My partner got a golden tea and an egg and cheese croissant with turkey bacon. We got our drinks pretty fast, and my matcha tasted like oatmilk with a hint of matcha and was the palest green color. We waited for our food to be ready for about 30 minutes, and during this time the staff all took turns eating off of a small buffet, behind the counter where drinks were being prepared. Food safety wise this is just a red flag and disappointing to see. After waiting what felt like a really long time, I finally asked about our food and then it was immediately brought out from the kitchen, but the sandwiches we received were very, very sad, flat, microwave-tasting sadness. Very salty and greasy. Eggs were fried so hard and not fluffy at all, and hanging off the croissants. The turkey bacon was diced into tiny pieces and the whole thing had a fish smell. The only redeeming factor about this place was the friendly service, everyone was really nice, BUT seeing them all eating behind the counter where the food is and wiping their mouths with their hands etc was gross and should not be happening.

Came her randomly with my bestfriend when I say definitely a wonderful experience. From explaining the sand coffee process. To the latte with beautiful latte art. Food Pressure definitely suggests the bagel & egg and can add any meat of your choice. The live music and the vintage of the cafe was awesome. Staff is amazing 10 out of 10 I’d highly recommended

Amazing place. Authentic coffee and tea that really represents the regions that they come from. I highly recommend the coffee flight. A unique experience that is a can't miss. The proprietors really know their craft, offer a great sand coffee experience, and make some of the most authentic chai that I have had outside of India or the Middle East. If you are around I implore you that you check this place out instead of the big chains!! Your taste buds will thank you. Bonus: great shakshuka, fantastic decor, and absolutely great service.
