DO NOT go to Galaxy Vapor in Renton. The cashier was disgustingly rude, admitting they sell both real and fake vapes and that they never claimed all products are real — basically admitting they scam customers. The owner made the situation extremely shady and unsafe. He has been texting me nonstop, insisting I come into the store alone, even though I clearly said my husband and I would come the next day. He also told me to contact the person he buys from — an Asian man who doesn’t speak English — like that would solve anything. I was scared for my safety the entire time. On top of that, the vape I purchased was definitely fake, and I had proof. The combination of the cashier’s nastiness and the owner’s manipulative, threatening texting makes this store completely untrustworthy and unsafe. Stay far away if you value your safety or don’t want to get scammed.people have DIED from counterfeit vapes!

Selling fake FLUM Pebble - my husband bought a FLUM Pebble at this vape shop. We put the verification code in on the FLUM website and well, you can see for yourself, it’s not an authentic FLUM. He went back to try and get a refund and the woman helping said it couldn’t be returned or exchanged. Save yourself the hassle and do not get your FLUM here. Based on past reviews, this isn’t the first time it has happened.

I went in the store for the first time this week. I usually go into another store closer to home. I have to say though they have me going forward as a regular customer. Customer service was amazing and the store is so organized. The prices are competitive!

It has changed to Vape Galaxy? First time there, super nice people, great little shop, mostly locally made juices. Pocked up box of Baby Beast Smok coils at good price! And found a great new local juice! Thanks Brett for being super awesome and patient!

My prior review for these guys would have been a five star because I’ve had excellent service every time I’ve been in there. I’ve been buying vapes from there for over a year probably about at least six of them. I went there today to return a vape that I just bought 17 days ago This is the fourth one of the same vape that I have bought from there because I like them but it is not operating correctly and they would not Exchange it for me I Wasn’t asking for any money back just for them to give me Or order me one that works right But the lady at the counter who is usually really nice refuse to exchange it for me when they tell you at time of purchase that you have 30 days if it’s defective
