I went in a few times because of the convenient location. I just can’t support this business. Customer service and product knowledge doesn’t exist. Any question I had about products was answered with “I don’t know”. He wouldn’t even READ product description or info on items behind the counter. I asked to see an item closer…so I could determine if it was what I wanted to purchase. Nope. He wouldn’t do that either. And this request caused the staff member to set off the store alarm, loudly blaring. I’ve been in customer service for 35 years and understand how some customers can be difficult or have an attitude because of a bad day. My daily goal is to share smiles. I tried to smile, be calm, be respectful. It wasn’t worth any confrontation to me so I did leave. I am ashamed of the downfall of respect and service. Please do better.
