I went to this store to buy a replacement hookah glass. After finding one that fit my hookah, I asked the employee for the price. She called the manager or owner and came back saying it was $120, then claimed the “best” or “last” price was $90. That alone was unreasonable, considering you can buy the same entire hookah at other stores for around $85-$100. I declined and went to put the glass back on the shelf. That’s when I noticed the exact same item had a price tag of $75.99. When I confronted the employee about the price difference, she simply said, “I just work here.” This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic or, at the very least, a dishonest way of doing business. Charging customers whatever price you think you can get away with instead of honoring the marked price is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that the actual market value of this type of hookah glass is typically between $20 and $35 at most hookah shops and on Amazon. Charging $75–$120 for a simple replacement glass is already outrageous. I’ve attached photos so people can judge for themselves. I will never shop here again.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but after getting stale cigars from them on more than one occasion, I’m done going back. The customer service is another major issue. The employees are not welcoming at all. They don’t greet you when you walk in, they don’t really talk to you, and it honestly feels like they don’t care about the customer experience. A real smoke shop should have people working there who actually know about the products they sell and can give you recommendations or answer questions. That’s not what you get here. It’s basically a gas station without the gas. If you’re looking for a real smoke shop experience with fresh products, knowledgeable people, and good customer service, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Number one this business is a health hazard they sell loose tobacco and they will hand you a jar where anyone can stick their hands in it contaminating the products number two if you buy one of those lose tobacco or CBD product for example there will charge you $6.25 cash or $6.70 with a debit card so I decided to pay with cash I handed the cashier $10 and then he has me three dollars back and tells me that he has no change I replied I actually paid you cash just so I don't have the to pay the extra fee for paying with a debit or credit card then he gets mad at as he handed me my change and he was very extremely rude and hostile toward me I would never go back to that business again and as far as I'm concerned this shouldn't be in business in the first place m

Wow this place has all most everything that ineed also store looks verynice , i love the owner.its probably the biggest smoke shop i have ever seen.they do have a lot of stuff that they keep carrying.i olso ordered some stuff for the next day.the services is supreme. of the store greets good also goodprice for the product A A+++ If you need for a smoke shop This is your place.
