I never expected to have such a disappointing experience with Lions Vape. I am still owed $140, and for months and years I was given excuse after excuse by the father and son who run the business. It felt like a constant cat-and-mouse game every time I asked about the money I had earned. At one point, I was told that the stores had been sold, but based on everything I've seen afterward, that explanation did not appear to be true. It felt like I was being misled instead of being given a straightforward answer. As an employee, we were also instructed not to apply recurring customer reward discounts even when customers were eligible, which created unnecessary frustration for both employees and customers. I had a great deal of respect for this establishment when I started, but that respect is gone. At this point, I don't even care about the $140 anymore. What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty, accountability, and professionalism. This is the best smoke shop in town. The staff is great. Every time I come in Aden takes care of me. Even if I don’t have the funds now he hooks it up and is a great guy to have help you find exactly what you need. He always is training Justice who seems to be a great employee as well. The staff is great and the product is really good too. Would really recommend this place for anyone.

I really like this shop lions vape the customer service has always been A1 since I started coming here. I come by often, and they always give me great prices on the items I need. I truly appreciate them for that. It’s also great to see how kindly they treat every customer who walks in. They greet everyone the same and handle each interaction with care and respect. Aden has always taken care of me and given me the best deals. If they ever run out of something I need, he makes sure to get it in as quickly as possible and lets me know as soon as it arrives. Not many stores go the extra mile like that, so I really thank him for the consistent effort he puts in.

Super chill place and the staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. They really know their stuff and helped me find exactly what I needed. Great selection and everything’s priced reasonably. This is definitely my go-to shop so long as I live in the area!
