Bina is one of the sweetest and friendliest people I’ve met! She always has a smile before we enter into the shop and is always very attentive. Very very great customer service!

Me and my Dad love this vape store, great selection of clears, and excellent customer service from Bina. Unfortunately the man working on Saturdays was incredibly rude to my father. When my Dad bought a vape for me, I didn't have my ID (I look young but am almost 30!) he had the audacity to tell my father (a paying customer for years) that he didn't like how he was parenting his own child. So unprofessional, we thought of not returning but we love Bina so much she is so happy and positive to help us, it's a real shame someone like him works there. Imo people like that should not work in customer service, perhaps he should be behind a desk. 4.5/5

The best smoke shop around! Bee is the absolute best, she makes my day when I stop in. Would definitely recommend this shop

So I just went to this store to buy a Nova 5 pod. Normal MSRP cost for this Vape pen is about 21.99. I know a lot of vap shops sell this pen for around 35$ to 40$. Not this shop, this lady charged me 63$ for a Nova 5 vape pen. Which is 3 times the normal msrp of a product. Not only is this shop ripping people off, they are straight robbing and price gauging people. I will never go to this shop again. They wont last long charging these insane prices!!!

Bina is always so helpful and friendly. She asks how my day is every time I come in and genuinely cares. She’s the reason I keep coming back. Great service every visit.
