Extremely disappointed with the management. I spent a little over $50 on 10 pre-rolls expecting THC. Granted it’s my fault for not checking, but I was trying to get out of the way because there was another customer. I get home and I read the package and where it says THC it says the total amount is ND. I come back to the store within a couple of hours and ask the associate what he’s able to do for me and he calls the management. I am simply wanting to exchange what I bought for another product in the store that has THC. The first manager I talked to was a gentleman who says that’s not a problem just exchange pre-roll for pre-roll. After sometime goes by there’s a lady on the phone now that says I can’t exchange anything I can only get an employee discount on new pre-rolls. I tried to explain to her that I’ve already spent $50 on items I will not be using because it wasn’t explained to me that there was no THC in these products, and that even with an employee discount, I would really not want to spend more money on something even if you give me a discount because I am getting less of a product for spending more money. I don’t blame the employee that sold the items to me because he wasn’t trained enough to know better, is definitely the management that didn’t trained their staff and doesn’t know about their product. I’m also new to this area and was really hoping to find a store close that I could continue my business with.
